Q.01How am I billed?
Through Shopify. Your plan appears on your Shopify invoice; you can change or cancel it from the app at any time.
Q.02Is there a free plan?
Composa is free on development stores, so agencies and developers can build before a store launches. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
Q.03What happens when I reach a limit?
You’ll see a warning at 80%. At 100%, new items of that kind pause — for example you can’t publish another configurator — until you upgrade. Nothing already live is switched off.
Q.04What happens if I downgrade?
You have 7 days to fit the new plan. After that, the most recently published configurators above the limit return to draft.
Q.05Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Pricing is set in Shopify’s app billing, which doesn’t support coupons, so everyone pays the listed price. Every paid plan has a free trial.
